Services are designed to provide a supportive space to process what you have been carrying, strengthen coping skills, and begin rebuilding from within.

I work with individuals who are seeking support, healing, clarity, and personal growth. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Counseling may be helpful if you are navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, grief, life changes, burnout, or difficulty setting boundaries.

You can get started by scheduling a consultation. The consultation gives us an opportunity to briefly discuss your needs, answer questions, and determine whether Rebuild Within Counseling and Wellness PLLC may be a good fit for you.

Sessions are available through telehealth for clients located in Texas. Telehealth allows you to receive counseling from a private and comfortable space while still engaging in meaningful therapeutic work.

Rebuild Within Counseling and Wellness PLLC is a self-pay practice and does not accept insurance at this time. Payment is due at the time of service.
Initial Intake Session: $160
Individual Counseling Session: $140
Consultation Call: FreeLimited sliding scale spots may be available based on financial need and current availability.

The first session is a time for us to get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, review your goals, and begin identifying what support may be most helpful. You do not have to have everything figured out before starting.
