A Space to Exhale, Heal, and Rebuild

Rebuild Within Counseling and Wellness PLLC was created from my belief that healing begins when we feel safe enough to slow down, be honest about what we are carrying, and reconnect with ourselves. I understand what it can feel like to hold everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected on the inside.

My heart is to create a counseling space where clients can exhale, feel seen, feel heard, and feel supported without judgment. This is a space to lay some of the weight down, process what has been painful, build healthier coping skills, and begin rebuilding from within.

Whether you are navigating a life transition, processing trauma, healing from a difficult relationship, working through anxiety or stress, struggling with boundaries, rebuilding self-worth, or simply desiring personal growth, therapy can offer support, clarity, and healing.

I believe clients are the experts of their own lives. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and person-centered, with the goal of helping you better understand yourself, honor your needs, and move toward a more fulfilling and emotionally healthy life.
